
Policies
Final proofreading is the responsibility
of the client and all errors will be corrected free of charge if
brought to our attention within a reasonable time.
All incoming emails, files
or disks will be scanned for viruses (as will all outgoing data).
Voice files will be deleted
after transcription. Transcribed work will not be held any longer
than one month unless otherwise requested by the client.
Confidentiality is important
to us and we endeavour to strictly maintain this at all times.
QuickType can, upon request,
provide transcription services outside normal business hours including
evenings and weekends.

Payment options: cheque or
electronic transfer (internet banking). We do not have credit card
facilities at present.
